Frequently asked questions
A short guide to how the foundation works, where the money goes and how we report on it.
01Where does my money go?
Funds go exclusively to the needs of Ukrainian defence units: drones, thermal imagers, vehicles and communications equipment. Every fundraiser is tied to a specific unit and a specific need — you can see this on the project page.
02How can I be sure the money arrived?
For every completed fundraiser we publish a report: an itemised list of purchases with prices, documents, and a photo report of the handover to the unit. All reports are open in the Reports section — no registration required.
03What are the ways to donate?
A Monobank jar, a hryvnia transfer to the foundation's account, a SWIFT currency transfer, and cryptocurrency. All details are gathered on the Support page, where they can be copied with a single tap.
04Can I donate regularly?
Yes. Monobank lets you set up a monthly subscription to the jar — the most convenient way to support the foundation systematically. The subscription link is on the Support page.
05How much of a donation goes to administrative costs?
The foundation's team works on a volunteer basis. Donations go towards purchases for their intended purpose; unavoidable payment-system fees are shown as a separate line in our reports.
06How can a unit request assistance?
Write to us via the Contacts page — state the unit, the need and a contact person. We get in touch to verify the request and inform you of the decision.
